The small town of Acle is just four miles away and has shops, pubs and restaurants, and there is also a weekly market. The coastal village of Winterton, with its sandy beach, is just twelve miles away. The neighbouring village of South Walsham has a pub and village shop.

Situated within the grounds of the owner's home, lies this beautiful converted detached barn, which has attractive views over the orchard and lawns.
