A cosy retreat for any time of the year, with a profusion of cliff, beach and moorland paths for walkers to enjoy – why not start with the coastline’s Heritage Trail. Four golf courses within a 30-minute drive. Water sports, fishing, canoeing and bird-watching at Tamar Lakes (7 miles). Shop and pub 1 mile.
