The house revolves around two large rooms: The Grand Hall, now an elegant dining room, two storeys high lit by huge stone mullioned stained glass windows and dominated by an arts and crafts fireplace with a large wood-burning stove at its heart. And the living room, with window seats to gaze through majestic stone-mullioned windows across the garden to Stickle and Harrison Pike beyond. The kitchen is a gastronomes delight, flint grey, glossy units wrapped in cool, matt granite, the central island the ideal spot to chillax and all take part in some culinary magic.
