Regatta at The Bay
This prestigious development of holiday cottages and apartments offers the ideal getaway for short breaks and holidays at any time of the year. Set within 150 acres of landscaped parkland this exciting holiday resort has nearly 600 metres of frontage onto a safe and sandy beach. Regarded as one of the UK's most vibrant and impressive premier coastal holiday villages on the East coast. The Bay hosts a public house which opens daily and offers a warm welcome and good quality food.
The heart of the Victorian resort of Filey is just 3 miles away with shops restaurants and award winning gardens and museum the friendly atmosphere and traditional seaside charm has made it a holiday favourite for many years. The larger vibrant resort of Scarborough 'Britain's first seaside resort' is only a short drive up the coastline. The Bay affords guests easy access for visiting the countless attractions the area has to offer and is a great base for exploring the breathtaking Yorkshire coastline North Yorkshire Moors and the historic city of York just 40 miles away.

| "The accommodation is lovely bright and spacious and includes almost everything that you could need. The location is quiet and ideal for visiting the surrounding attractions. The park has a private beach which was fantastic they would even give you a lift there and back which makes it easily accessible." |

| "We love the Lake District and two years ago booked a lodge through a different holiday company. When we arrived the lodge had not been cleaned from the previous holiday makers - dirty bed linen and bathroom was not a good start to the holiday - in fact it disgusted me. The next year we booked through Hoseasons and our lodge was absolutely immaculate just as our house was at The Bay Filey this year. We are now hoping to book another break with Hoseasons in October. Hoseasons will definitely be getting our custom from now on." |
