Le Chateau de Camurac with its beautiful location and breathtaking views is an excellent place from where you can discover the areas rough beauty and interesting culture. Tranquillity, space, nature and culture are our keywords.

The Chateau was built in the 16th century, firstly as a tower and mansion and was later rebuilt and extented. From 1975 it was used as a holiday inn, and since 2005, we, Remco and Marion have lived in this spectacular place with a rich history.
During your stay you will feel the atmosphere of former days and experience the relaxed way of life of the people who lived in the occitan country.

You can choose between several cosy corners in the garden, enjoying nature and breathtaking views, or in the lounge you can relax with a selection of books from our library or choose from a variety of games.


We also have a simple pool, a playgarden, table tennis, boules, bbq, and a large outdoor chessboard in the garden.
In Camurac you can find some simple restaurants and a small supermarket.
The butcher, vegetable man and goatscheesemonger visit weekly with their fresh products and also we have fresh bread daily.

We are looking forward to sharing this special and quiet place with you, and have information for you about the numerous activities and trips in the surrounding areas. We also have maps with available showing hiking and walking routes in the area.
