The surrounding countryside is delightful for walking and cycling with numerous designated cycle routes clearly marked. Wonderful long sandy beaches only 40 mins drive in Berck or in glamorous Le Touquet where you can stroll along the promenade and admire victorian buildings. Shopaholics will love the designer shops and boutiques. Proximity to Calais makes this villa an ideal family holiday location. Channel ports Calais 85km, Boulogne 54km.

Covered terrace leads to a wooden decking area which surrounds the private pool 8m x 4m x 1.2-1.8m depth with security fence. Comfortable teak dining table and chairs ideal for long lunches around the pool. Enclosed well maintained garden leads to a rougher wild area with small ditch. Games and bar area in converted barn which houses table football and bar, ideal for evening drinks! To the front of the house is another fully enclosed grassed area accessed from the kitchen and is ideal for safely letting children play, also has a play structure with 2 swings and a slide. BBQ.
