others Peyrepertuse) or the Roman abbeys (St. Martin
the Canigou). A splendid holiday destination. This
villa stands on the same terrain (15 hectare property
with several hiking routes) as the FR-66300-02, with
communal use of the swimming pool. It has a large sun terrace (>100 m2).
A Roman 11th century church, La Trinite, within 10km. Font Romeu (winter ski area) within 100km; l'homme Tautavel
(400.000 years old); Perpignan, the former Catalonian
capital with its many places of interest and the
Palace of the king of Mallorca within 35km. The museum
of Salvator Dali within 50km (Figueres). The domain
is completely situated in a nature area (15 ha).
