Casa Laura is a well appointed house with whitewashed walls throughout and cool tiled floors in a rich terracotta colour which complement the pine furnishings and colourful fabrics. The patio doors leading to the terrace and pool ensure that this villa is always bright and airy. Located in the residential area of Sueno Azul in the resort of Callao Salvaje, the villa is just 5 min walk from a supermarket, shops, bars and a handful of restaurants. A taxi rank and a bus stop are just 5 min walk away. A pebble and sand beach is about 5 min walk from here where you will find a jetty that is ideal for fishing or maybe snorkelling.

The bustling resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are just 10 min drive from here where you will find marvellous sandy beaches and a host of other entertainments including water parks and theme parks. For golfers, both the Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 min drive away and also nearby there is a tennis and fitness club.

One storey. Lounge/dining room with ceiling fan, large corner sofa bed for 2 children, satellite TV, Playstation 2 console, DVD and CD players. Kitchen area with breakfast bar, hob/oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading to the terrace, and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have fans. Further shower/WC with washing machine. The swimming pool (7m x 3m, depth 1.4m to 1m with Roman steps, heated in winter) and sun terraces are accessed through patio doors from the lounge and the double bedroom. BBQ.

Cleaning and linen change weekly. Pool heating included Nov – Apr, £8.50 per day if required between May – Oct.

Minimum stay 7 nights, anyday arrivals.
